RST-CONTROL 95 (for Microsoft Windows*)

Recent updates of RST-CONTROL 95 for the Ring Shear Testers RST-01.pc and RST-XS can be obtained via e-mail. Please send your request to: mail@dietmar-schulze.de.

RSV 95 version 1.x and SV 95 version 1.x

Actual updates of the program files of SV 95 and RSV 95 you may download through the links "Update SV 95" and "Update RSV 95" (see below).

Please note: The updates will run only if the original version of the program has been installed properly before being updated. The update alone will not run.

Please note:

• The file to be downloaded is a self extracting zip-file with the  name SVEXE.EXE (for SV 95) or RSVEXE.EXE (for RSV 95). Start this program file after download.
• The program will unzip itself and then automatically start the update program SVSETUP.EXE or RSVSETUP.EXE, respectively. This program will overwrite the file SV.EXE or RSV.EXE, which is usually located in the folder C:\Programs\Schulze\SV95 or  ...\RSV95,  with the new version of SV 95 or RSV 95.
• Subsequently, you can work with the program SV 95 or RSV 95.

RSV and SV (former versions for MS-DOS*)

A known problem is that older program versions (<1998) are not running on fast PC with 166 Mhz and more. The result is to be found in the program development kit used (BORLAND-PASCAL), which was not prepared for fast PC. In November 1998 we have obtained a bugfix, which has solved the problem. If you should receive an error message (runtime error 200) when starting one of our programs, please contact us to receive an update.

However, we recommend to use the new versions for Microsoft Windows* 98* and higher, called SV 95 and RSV 95. These versions are available since spring 2000 and provide more functions and easier operation.
